ALLERGEN STATEMENT:

The following ingredients are not used in this facility and will not come into contact with the products being produced – Wheat, Eggs, Fish, Shell-fish (crustaceans), Peanuts, and/or Tree nuts.

The soy lecithin that is used in this facility is from highly refined soy oil and contains no allergens.

SHELF LIFE:

Edible Image® decorations are shelf stable. The shelf life of the product will be a minimum of 2 years when stored unopened at the recommended storage conditions, which is a cool dry place (80 degrees maximum and 40% to 60% humidity). If your pizzeria is humid, you may want to keep the images in the refrigerator or freezer.

Product that is stored outside of the recommended conditions will not jeopardize the quality as long as the product remains dry. Product that is stored outside of the recommended conditions may have a reduced shelf life.
