How long does it take for a custom image?
After receipt of your artwork, it takes two weeks for sampling and then 3-4 weeks for manufacturing, so be sure to give us plenty of notice! Manufacturing only need two weeks to produce a custom re-order.
Can I have custom designs created, like of a logo or other design?
Of course! Pizza Prints™ takes pizza customization to a whole new level. For each custom design, there is a minimum order of 1,200 images (100 boxes) and a one time set-up fee of $250. Contact your sales rep for more information on image pricing or email Info@PizzaPrints.com.

Are Pizza Prints images Kosher certified?

Are Pizza Prints images gluten free?
Pizza Prints™ Edible Image® designs are gluten free. In fact, the following ingredients are NOT used in our manufacturing facility and will NOT come into contact with the products being produced: wheat, milk, eggs, fish, shell-fish (crustaceans) peanuts and/or tree nuts.
How should I store Pizza Prints™?
The shelf life of the product will be a minimum of 2 years when stored unopened at the recommended storage conditions, which is a cool dry place (80 degrees maximum and 40% to 60% humidity). If your pizzeria is humid, you may want to keep the images in the refrigerator or freezer.
